Neura is a “layer of intelligence over the internet of things” whose goal is to make sense of the data coming out of these wearable devices
With the rise of wearable technologies and devices going on at the International Consumer Electronics Show (#CES2014) in Las Vegas last month, the Health Innovation Media team (Pat Salber @docweighsin, Gregg Masters @2healthguru, Tammy Tran @ttran06, and Helena Nguyen @helenanguyen20) met up with Neura to see how they were contributing to scene. Interestingly enough, we found out from Ori Shaashua, Product Manager, that Neura is a “layer of intelligence over the internet of things” whose goal is to make sense of the data coming out of these devices.
So, What is Neura?
Neura lives as an app that integrates users’ connected devices, favorite places, family and friends, all in one place. Through data correlation and adaptive learning, Neura learns the ins and outs of a user’s regular interactions which allows Neura to suggest automated notifications that simplifies the daily life of the user. Likewise, users can program their own notifications or undo those that no longer serve their needs. Cool, right?
