With the New Year here and a new resolution’s list, exercise is a common resolution that appears on the list year after year. So, for this year, try out this new exercise tip: Exercise before breakfast (when there are lower levels of insulin & blood sugar and facilitated mobilization of fat). Doing this may help you with your weight and be better for your weight.

  1. I have started my life to be a performing athlete until I had a juvenile polyarthritis. During the weekend, we had to do some workout before breakfast, and during the week, in the city, we had some gym to do before breakfast. When my sister and I were complaining, the answer was always the same. If you want to be fit when aging, you have to prepare yourself to never have extra fat. I followed the strategy. Decades after, I am still a size 4. As an M.D., I designed a fat burning soup, that works, especially if you take it for breakfast, after or before a workout.
