Victoria T. Ferrara is an attorney, and the founder and legal director at Worldwide Surrogacy in Fairfield, Connecticut, which helps clients address Family Law situations.

She serves as the Founder & Managing Partner of Ferrara Law Group, PC.. She has over 25 years of experience in assisted reproductive technology law and surrogacy law. As the founder, she helps people make their dreams of a family come true – just as hers have.

She received legal training from St. John's University School of Law and graduated in 1984. Victoria was licensed to practice law in 1984.

Victoria was selected to Super Lawyers for 2019 – 2020. The designation means that she is a top-rated attorney as recognized by peers.

One of Victoria’s greatest achievements is the landmark decision of Raftopol v. Ramey, a Supreme Court case that created a new way to establish legal parentage in Connecticut. The case determined that an Intended Parent was granted rights to a child via a valid gestational agreement regardless of genetic connection to the child to be born to the gestational surrogate.
