Doug McCullough is an Assistant Vice President of Claims for The Doctors Company’s Austin, TX office. A dedicated claims professional since 1986, he started his career handling casualty claims for Allstate Insurance. As an Independent Adjuster, he managed four branch offices handling the state of Delaware and the Eastern Maryland Shore. He entered the medical malpractice arena in 1991 with the Medical Inter-Insurance Exchange (MIIX). He joined The Doctors Company in 2001. As AVP, Mr. McCullough helps provide oversight on the medical malpractice cases in Texas and Oklahoma. Mr. McCullough is a graduate of the University of Dayton and obtained his law degree from the University of Akron, maintaining a license to practice in Ohio. As a member of the Claims Department, Mr. McCullough supports TDC’s fierce commitment to providing an aggressive defense to each of its insured members.
